Ok, now what?

21 May

A week after planting our seeds into peat pellets we have seedlings! I shouldn’t be as surprised as I am but it’s not often that things go exactly like a package says they will.

So. Now what? I didn’t exactly have a solid plan for the steps between seed and fork. With no raised beds (yet) and no tilled soil (yet), I wonder if I’m going to have a container garden on the patio overlooking our seven acres!

Looking good! Better get on that tilling 😉 squashes etc can wait until they have at least two true leaves, still a ways to go. Hurray for your planting.

That’s the truth Anna. Going to have to get something a little sturdier than the claw-on-a-stick I used on a flower bed,

Growing Up: I take things a little literally. I put the tray outside. Will that stop them from getting “leggy”? Or did you mean I should put them in the ground before they get leggy?

Those look great! Get them outside before they get too leggy. You will have a beautiful garden if all those goodies make it into the ground :).
